What Human Error Is.

And why it exists.

Human Error is a satire brand about the world we were promised versus the one we're actually living in.

AI that handles your customer service but can't remember your name. Meetings about meetings. Dating apps that optimize for compatibility and somehow still leave you feeling alone at dinner. The stuff everyone notices but nobody quite says out loud.

We started Human Error because something has been quietly disappearing. Modern life keeps getting more efficient — and somewhere in that efficiency, a lot of the human parts got left behind.

That felt worth writing about. Honestly, it felt worth laughing about.

Every week we publish seven sections: satire, fake ads, relationship observations, corporate absurdity, data made dark, anonymous confessions, and one closing line called The Rule — the kind of sentence you read and immediately send to someone who will understand it without explanation.

We believe humanity still matters. That's the whole point. Everything we publish is in service of that belief.

"The truth, dressed up as a joke."

If that sounds like something you'd read —you're exactly who we write for.
